About This Course
Learn how to select, load, and analyse DE Africa Coastlines available through the Digital Earth Africa Sandbox platform. Inspect coastline hotspots at scale, generate stunning images, and conduct quantitative remote sensing analysis.
This course covers an introduction to the Digital Earth Africa Coastline data, and a quick start on how to analyse Africa Coastlines. This includes the interactive Map portal as well as a Python coding-based Sandbox.
No prior experience in Earth observations, satellite data, or coding is required. All sessions feature step-by-step instructions and knowledge check quizzes, with the opportunity to achieve certification by passing all tasks.
